(1) Every Nepali ship must keep a seafarer list as prescribed. In such a list, the name, age, appointment status, qualifications and citizenship of the sailors of that ship will be mentioned.
(2) In such a list, the minimum number of sailors required to meet the safety requirements of navigation and their composition shall also be mentioned.
